We provide high-quality, made-to-order branded products designed to elevate your corporate identity and create lasting impressions.

3. Eligibility

4. Orders and Payments

a) Placing Orders

Orders may be made via our website, email, or telephone.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

b) Payment Terms

We accept mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and cash.
Full payment must be made before delivery or the start of any customization process.
Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES), unless stated otherwise.

c) Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation.
Customized items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.

5. Delivery Terms

a) Coverage

We deliver across Kenya (including Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos) and to select cities in East Africa: Kampala, Arusha, and Dar es Salaam.

b) Timelines

  • Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi and surrounding areas for orders confirmed before noon.

  • Deliveries outside these zones are completed within 24–48 hours, subject to courier schedules.

  • East African regional deliveries typically take 3–5 business days.

Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

c) Charges

Delivery fees are determined based on location, weight, and order size, and will be shared upon order confirmation.

d) Tracking

You will receive updates and tracking information, where applicable.

6. Returns and Refunds

a) Customized Products

Personalized or branded items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or do not match your approved specifications.

b) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the product is faulty or incorrect. Upon validation, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund depending on the issue.

c) Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
