Delivery Coverage

Pikseli Creatives provides delivery services throughout Kenya, including key urban centers such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, and nearby towns. We also offer regional delivery to selected East African destinations, including Kampala (Uganda), Arusha, and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).

Delivery Timelines

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available within Nairobi County and select areas in Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos counties for orders confirmed before 16:00 PM.

  • Next-Day Delivery: For deliveries outside the Nairobi metropolitan area, packages typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the delivery location and the courier service used.

  • East Africa Regional Delivery: Orders shipped to Kampala, Arusha, or Dar es Salaam usually take between 3 to 5 working days, subject to courier schedules and customs clearance.

Estimated delivery times will be shared once your order is confirmed. Please note that these timeframes begin once the order has been processed and dispatched, not at the point of purchase.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are determined by the delivery location, order volume, and weight. Charges will be outlined during checkout or communicated during order confirmation. For regional deliveries, any customs fees or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
